Technics' EAH-DJ1200 DJ headphones have run with the RP-DJ1200 concept and taken it to new heights with more advanced functionality, a better design and superior sound quality that meets all the demands of today's DJs. You'll be able to monitor your beats like never before, even at the biggest clubs and gigs. Extra-large 40mm drivers with CCAW voice-coils deliver clear, detailed sound that stays free of interference thanks to the durable 2,500 mW input and, to match the looks of the SL1200MK7, this robust pair of EAH-DJ1200 headphones are similarly cloaked in black.
For Both Carefree and Careless DJs
Blessed with a lightweight, on-ear design, the Technics EAH-DJ1200 headphones are equipped with a lockable rotating mechanism to suit the style of all DJs, including one-ear monitoring. Because they can be folded up, they won't take up much storage space and Technics agreeably throw in two TRS mini-jack cables plus a TRS jack adapter. It's worth mentioning that these removable cables can be locked into place to prevent them from accidentally coming loose during the set; perfect for both carefree and, dare we say, slightly more careless DJs.

Prima hoofdtelefoon: goede constructie, zeer comfortabel. Echter: de geluidskwaliteit blijft ver achter ten opzichte van b.v. de Sennheiser HD25 of de AIAIAI TMA2 met S05 drivers. De bas is goed en strak, het midden en hoog blijft achter. De vocals staan ‘achter het orkest’ in plaats van ervoor, verwacht ook geen ‘spetterende’ hi-ats van deze Technics hoofdtelefoon. Ik denk dat deze hooftelefoon wel uitstekend voldoet in een DJ omgeving: goede isolatie en er is een flink onvervormd volume mogelijk. Tip: ga eerst luisteren en vergelijken voor een eventuele aanschaf.
Na ongeveer 10 jaar de Sennheiser HD-25 gebruikt te hebben als DJ, overgestapt op deze Technics.

Bax shop should offer the full series of Technics and Panasonic Headphones with all available models. It's difficult not wanting to buy imitation dummies for dummies from Pioneer, Devive and other forms of crap.
De koptelefoon zit goed, het geluid is subliem. Een echte aanrader voor de professionele en gevorderde dj!

These headphones feel stiff on head, but comfortable, earpads are soft and feel great. There is no chance they will fall off head during your playback. Cable goes into right side.
Very easy detachable 3.5'' cable, fixed by turning it, so you are shure it will not detach during your show.
Sound is very rich in middle and both ends, I don't hear any cons even in high levels.
I have no clue about wear off curve, but overall very professional headphones.
